SAGINAW, MI After a vehicle struck a parked truck and left the scene, a chain of events ensued that led to the fatal shooting of a Saginaw woman.
Witnesses testified to this during the preliminary examination of Sierra M. Washington, 29, held Tuesday, Dec. 22, before Saginaw County District Judge Terry L. Clark. Washington is charged with open murder and felony firearm stemming from the July 10 death of 18-year-old Shavonne C. Barnes. ....
