Eduardo Ortiz has an extensive professional career of more than 20 years in the hotel industry, during this time he has held leadership positions in hotels located in Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, Guam and Peru. During his career he has participated in important projects such as the reopening of The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas, the opening of The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico, the conversion of the current JW Marriott Panama and a task force in the area of Food and Beverage at The Ritz Carlton Reserve Zadun.His beginnings date back to 2000 with the opening of the JW Marriott Hotel Lima, where he served as supervisor of the Food and Beverage area. Later, in 2006, he moved to Mexico to take the position of restaurant and bar manager at the Marriott Casa Magna Puerto Vallarta. Two years later, in 2008, he began a new professional challenge on the other side of the world, in Asia, where he served as Food and Beverage Director at the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa in Thailand. & ....
