Chef Junior Borges is no longer at the helm at the highly lauded restaurant, Meridian, in The Village. Chef Nick Walker will now lead the culinary team.
Tasting menus let you partake in several smaller courses preselected by the chef for a fixed price. While pricey, they also allow the chef to show off his skills and creativity and diners to try more.
