The Summer Movies on the Lawn series will return to East Carolina University at the Main Campus Student Center (MCSC) on the Pirate Vision screen, with its first showing on July 10, after the event was canceled throughout the summer months of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
The movie series will feature the films “Aladdin,” “Madagascar” and “Soul” with “Frozen II” as the first showing on July 10. The movies will play every Saturday throughout the month of July at 7:30 p.m. and showcase its last movie on July 31. 
 Justin Janak, director of Student Activities, said the event can be found on ECU’s calendar. Janak said students and staff can hear about the event through social media platforms and there was outreach to the Greenville, North Carolina, community for the event. ....
