The Supreme Court has nullified the appointment of Uddhav Thapa as chief minister of Koshi province terming his appointment against the law and jurisprudence.
KATHMANDU, July 27: The hearing on the writ petition that was registered by questioning the constitutionality of the formation of a government in Koshi province has been set for Thursday, citing insufficiency of time to complete hearing over the case on Wednesday.
