For our Intelligence Community, the fbi to make sure that when Foreign Agents, terrorists or agents of a Foreign Government are in our country, they can be surveilled if theyre doing things that are threatening to our National Security. I think this legislation goes all the way back to the 70s. And its been used a lot. Its been used in terrorist cases when we suspect someone of being a terrorist under the foreign intelligence act.
