It began with the death of alfredo teo. The victims body was found of a garage of a then vacant home in this section of breeze hill in aspen hill, maryland, not far from the sheinbein home. In 1987 sheinbein murdered and mutilated alfredo teo. A montgomery teen, it was being called a thrill killing. Officials here uponed him back. Doug duncan was county executive at the time.
