You need to do a, b, c, d, e, f, g for a counterintelligence investigation. is that right? yeah. before a case like this could be open, there would have to be tread a pred case, some facts or circumstances that gave rise to it. for a case like this to open an investigation, which is unprecedented and the target is the president of the united states, i have to believe that would go to the highest level of the justice department for review, not just within the fbi but up through the channels at the department of justice as well. a very, very sensitive case. and that they signed off on it. that to me tells me that in addition all of the public things that we know about this case, the firing of james comey and the statements to the russians, that there has to be more. things that we don t know. things that perhaps they collected through the intelligence community, through signals intelligence or other things that gave them concern this president was acting as an agent of the government ....

Extraordinary reckless in a letter to nunes on wednesday. on that same day, the washington post reports that white house chief of staff john kelly spoke twice with attorney general jeff sessions and kelly conveyed trump s desire to see the memo released. a senior administration official told the post that trump, quote, is inclined to have that released because it will shed light. apparently all the rumors is that it will shed light, help investigators come to a conclusion. yesterday republican members of congress, including house majority leader kevin mccarthy, said they support its release. they have been doing their investigation. they found something out. i ve gone down. i ve read it. the committee voted this is the process. they voted to allow members to read it. they have the ability to vote to move it forward, then it would go to the executive branch. why are they afraid to send this to the justice department for review? ....
