Four officers under investigation over Mohamud Hassan's death

FOUR more police officers have been served with misconduct notices amid a continuing probe of a young man’s death hours after his release from custody.
The Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC), which is investigating South Wales Police over the death of Mohamud Hassan in January, said that it had opened investigations into three police officers and one custody detention officer.
Mr Hassan was arrested at his home in Cardiff on suspicion of breach of the peace and held overnight. He was released without charge the next day and died later that evening.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the IOPC said that one of the misconduct notices relates to an officer’s possible breach of police standards of duties and responsibilities.  ....
