After nearly a year of a detailed probe, Justice (retd.) Kailash Chandiwal submitted a report on his findings in the Rs 100 crore corruption case against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Tuesday.
Notably, Justice Chandiwal had issued a notice to Malik on an application made by suspended cop Sachin Vaze, who claimed that the NCP spokesperson has been "brandishing all weapons" against him and prejudicing his case before the commission.
