Ekiti State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Ayodeji Daramola on Thursday in Ado Ekiti formally introduced the newly appointed Judge, Justice Adeniyi Familoni to the bar and bench according to the Judicial tradition.
In his address, Justice Daramola said the Executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary have different functions and power, but the separation cannot be water-tight without interaction adding that they must co-exist peacefully to achieve peace, equity and good governance.
He advised the new Judge to be mindful of the company he keeps and avoid charlatans and favour seekers among the litigants who may resort to a campaign of calumny and blackmail for their failure to persuade him, may resort to illegality in their favour. ....
