Jack White to release Live At The Masonic Temple on Third Man
Jack White’ mammoth set at Detroit’s Masonic Temple back in the summer of 2014 is number 47 in his Third Man Records Vault series.
As always, Third Man will be going all out on the vinyl packaging, offering four coloured LP options with custom printed photo inner sleeves, and images taken on the night by tour photographer David Swanson.
The 38-song, three-and-a-half hour set from White that night included plenty from The White Stripes catalogue, Raconteurs and Dead Weather material, cuts from what was then his growing solo canon, and covers of tracks such as Beck’s Devil’s Haircut and Led Zeppelin‘s The Lemon Song.

Jack White has been laying low for the better part of the past year, but his Third Man Records is dusting off a classic set for its latest Vault release.
The Detroit native’s 2014 show at the city’s Masonic Temple has long been one of his most revered. White performed 38 songs over the course of three-and-a-half hours that included wide-ranging covers of Beck’s “Devil’s Haircut” to Hank Williams’ “Ramblin Man.” The collection will be released on four 180-gram colored vinyl LPs, with a slipcase cover with custom printed photo inner sleeves and will include shots from the night by official tour photographer David Swanson.
