Rinehart Named VP, Human Resources, at Missouri’s Columbia Insurance Group February 17, 2021 Columbia Insurance Group, headquartered in Columbia, Missouri, has appointed Julie Rinehart as vice president – Human Resources. Rinehart has served as employee development specialist since joining the company in 2014. In her new role, Rinehart will assume responsibility in the areas of organizational development, employee relations, employee engagement and satisfaction, and compensation and benefit analysis. As vice president of Human Resources, Rinehart succeeds Steve Lubbering who is retiring after 34 years with Columbia Insurance Group. Prior to joining Columbia Insurance Group, Rinehart held human resources roles in higher education.
