An Instagram user, identified only as ‘woahworst,’ started sharing the accusations over the weekend, including screenshots of what appeared to be damning text exchanges and explicit videos of  Ellefson masturbating during a video chat.  The Instagram accuser encouraged followers to spread the news, forcing Ellefson to publicly confront the scandal. Ellefson said “As you may or not know, some private and personal conversations and interactions have surfaced online, released with ill intention by a third party who was not authorized to have them or share them,” Ellefson said in an earlier Instagram post before switching his account to private mode. “While certainly embarrassing, I want to address it as openly and honestly as possible. As much as it’s not something I’m proud of, these were private, adult in

Insurance firm offers mental health support as UK flood risk surges

4 Min Read LONDON (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - As climate change hikes the risk of flooding in England, now being deluged by Storm Christoph, insurance firm Zurich UK has begun offering mental health counselling for clients, saying repairing flooded homes is no longer a sufficient response. “With five million people in England at risk of flooding, and climate change intensifying the frequency and severity of extreme weather, a mental health crisis is looming,” warned David Nichols, Zurich UK’s chief claims officer. The company’s work helping flood-hit homeowners fix up their properties showed that some of the emotional consequences of the damage - from ruined family photos and mementoes to lingering feelings of insecurity - were not being addressed, he said.
