The station says 24yearold Alison Parker and award died die and 27yearold adam ward died at the scene. The gunman is identified as vester lee flanagan. He was a reporter who had been fired from the station some time ago. At a News Conference that just wrapped up in the last 30 minutes or so, authorities in virginia said the motive is still a mystery. But flanagan had sent a lengthy fax to abc news expressing anger over the charleston shootings and for years believed he was the victim of racial discrimination.
