Senators about this and i think it is time for us to step up as congress and do something truly bipartisan that the people will applaud. We are going to increase by 5 and were going to do it on a bipartisan basis. I would say for the record if there is going to be some conversation about money going to the pentagon i want to i want to be part of that conversation and i want to stick to the rules that its shared equally.
