DISCIPLINE is the key to all athletes’ success, says karate black belt holder Poseci Moce. The 60-year-old martial art veteran calls on Fijian athletes to be disciplined in what they want to do in their sport if they want success.
“Sports craves for perfection,” Moce, who returned to judo training since the beginning of the year to help his granddaughter Judith Joy learn the sport, said.
“Discipline leads to success if one is dedicated to become successful in the sport he or she follows. There is a saying in sports which goes ‘no pain, no gain.’ It is true. ....
