TBI investigating Nashville judge s divorce deposition after misconduct complaint Adam Tamburin, Nashville Tennessean © submitted Nashville Judge Kelvin Jones The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is helping to investigate a sitting Nashville judge and comments he made during his ongoing divorce proceedings. Last week, an agent with the TBI asked the court to turn over Judge Kelvin Jones sealed deposition in the divorce case. The court signaled it would share the deposition in an order Monday.  The Tennessean obtained a copy of the document before it was put under seal and hidden from public view. In the June 2020 deposition, the Nashville Circuit Court judge admitted to burying about $100,000 in his backyard to shield it from the state and creditors.
