Claremore Police have released the body cam video of officers arresting a Rogers County Judge. Police said they found Judge Kassie McCoy with her head slumped down behind the wheel of her parked car. “I would like to administer some standard field sobriety tests to ensure that you are safe to be operating a motor vehicle,” an officer said to McCoy.
