The U.S. District Court for the NMI has granted a default judgment in favor of Kan Pacific Saipan Ltd. in its breach of contract suit against Imperial Pacific International (CNMI)
The man accused of conspiring with former Bureau of Motor Vehicles director Juana Deleon Guerrero to produce fraudulent CNMI driver’s licenses is set to plead guilty in the U.S. District Court for the NMI.
YONGDE Li, who was charged with conspiracy to unlawfully produce an identification document, to wit, CNMI driver’s licenses, will plead guilty, the prosecution said.
The former director of the Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Juana Deleon Guerrero, has pleaded guilty to the license fraud charge filed against her by the U.S. government.
