The Union Government has notified the appointment of judicial officer Dharmesh Sharma as an additional judge of the Delhi High Court.Sharma, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Services, was earlier.
"Seven days of custody have been granted. The court has also allowed the legal meetings of the council during custody," Advocate Vishal Chopra told ANI.
Principal District and Sessions Judge Dharmesh Sharma held that the police found a convenient way to solve a blind murder case by guiding, tutoring and coaxing witnesses.
The Court held that mere possession of literature of particular religious philosophy would not amount to an offence under section 20 unless material showed execution of such philosophy to carry out terrorist acts.
