A third man arrested last week, the captain of the MV Matthew, was brought before Wexford District Court in relation to the biggest drugs seizure in the State.
Gardaí argued Soheil Jelveh, who will appear in court again next week, was a flight risk given the seriousness of the charges and his lack of connections to Ireland
