And the culprit will be the gusty winds. Freeze warning up for most of the interior areas through 9 00 tomorrow morning. The reason why we may not see that be as widespread as that map is showing is because of the wind right now. Gusty winds out of the north bay, and gusts to 25. Thats helping to stir up the air, like fans do at a winery. It prevents the freezing air from settling down. The north bay valleys, if you have the wind, you may not get quite as cold.
