Tracsis PLC - Leeds-based traffic data & transportation services firm - Confirms that Andy Kelly is appointed chief financial officer with immediate effect. Max Cawthra has stepped down from the board but will remain with the business in a non board role for a short period of time in order to assist with a smooth handover and transition. Cawthra s intention to stand down in early 2021 was first announced in September 2020, and at that time Kelly s appointment was proposed for February 1, 2021.
