KUALA LUMPUR: The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) has ordered several states to activate its State and District Disaster Management Committees (JPBN/JPBD) following the alert-level continuous rain warning for several areas issued by the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) on Tuesday (Dec 19) night.
IPOH: The number of flood victims in Perak swelled when 156 victims from 45 families were placed in three temporary relief centres (PPS) in Kerian, Hilir Perak as well as the latest one in Selama.
