New plans have been submitted for the Northeast Scarborough Community Centre: a $40 million building set to replace a kiddie park in the Rouge.
The future community hub has been in the works since 2019, with plans for a two-storey building to replace the Joyce Trimmer Park, formerly McAsphalt Park, at 8450 Sheppard Ave.
