A wonderful wife, mother, and friend passed from this world on March 23, 2022. Joyce Gullingsrud was born on February 6, 1928, to Parmer and Josephine (Jacobson) Sharpe and grew up in Nielsville, MN. She graduated from Climax High School and then from Concordia College. She taught home economics for several years in Nevis, MN, before marrying her childhood sweetheart, Dennis Gullingsrud in 1953 and moving to Fargo. They built one of the first houses on Edgewood Drive in North Fargo, where they lived and raised their family for 62 years. Her retail sales career was her professional pride, working at DeLendrecies and Tichart’s Fabrics ....
