The duo Kevin Kumar and Josua Dolo pleaded guilty to breaching restrictions and were ordered to pay $3000 within three months’ time. Magistrate Somaratne ordered Kumar to pay $2000 while Dolo was handed a fine of $1000. The court heard that Dolo earned $150 a week and that both accused were first offenders. ....

Harish Kevin Kumar and Josua Dolo have pleaded guilty to their charges and have been remanded in police custody.
