St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - A third Minnesotan has been charged with participating in the attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The FBI announced agents from the Minneapolis field office today arrested 26-year-old Joshua Westberry of Lindstrom. He has been arraigned on for federal charges: Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building and Grounds, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building and Grounds, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct any Capitol Building and Grounds, and Creating and Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The charges of the result of a tip received by the FBI in the early morning following the January 6th siege from a person who attended high school with Westbury.
