Video surveillance from a convenience store showed the actions of a man accused of shooting three men, two of whom lost their lives, according to court documents released today.
Joseph Daniel Bossard, 32, lives in the 2200 block of Laverne Avenue, two blocks from the Quick Stop where police said he initially shot his three victims Wednesday night. Bossard was charged Thursday with two counts murder and one count aggravated battery posing a substantial risk of death. He was being held without bail at the Allen County Jail. ....

CORONER: Two 19-year-olds were shot, killed in overnight violence

Surveillance video captured the whole ordeal.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Bossard went inside the gas station to buy cigarettes. That s when an argument started between Bossard and the three shooting victims.
Police say security video captured an image of Bossard entering the gas station s store.
Security video reportedly shows Bossard get into his red pickup truck and begin circling around the pumps. At one point he almost struck one of the boys standing outside the gas pump.
That s when he abruptly left, but returned in his pickup truck just two minutes later, parking directly behind their vehicle all three victims were sitting in. ....
