PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island cast its four electoral votes for Democratic President-elect Joe Biden on Monday, with Governor Gina M. Raimondo saying that the nation is “turning the page on a very dark four years.”
“We have a new leader,” Raimondo said, “a leader who is going to lead with integrity and dignity, based on facts and science and humility, with the needs of the American people at the forefront.” ....
