The Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku says all is now set to revamp and reposition its tertiary education to meet the global demand for result-oriented graduates and more impactful studies. He was speaking when he inaugurated members of the governing boards of the two foremost tertiary institutions of the College of Education and the state polytechnic Suntai. Represented by his deputy, Haruna Manu, the decision is to make the institutions more responsive to the needs of the state and entrench a viable sector that will be in the forefront for training and molding of employable graduates. He however reiterated his administration’s drive to invest more in education by giving education its rightful place in the scheme of affairs in Taraba. ....
