Up. As you can see outside the rain is here, but the headlines may end up being the wind from the storm. Now, robert handa joins us from san jose where the streets are pretty slick tonight. They really are and were finally getting a break. It did go from a drizzle to a fullfledged storm in the past few hours and the people we talked with say it is the wind thats making the impression. Very strong. Very horrible. The high wind swept in hours before rain showed up with large trees swaying as the latest storm made its way to the bay area. By the afternoon the rainfall finally began picking up strength, at times heating areas including the southbay really hard. Really chilly and the wind was pretty fast. Making the water go sideways. So umbrellas, hats, they dont help. This ministry in san jose passing out supplies as it has all week to the unhoused and during the storm along coyote creek. It takes quite a bit of rain to make the water overflowing to the encampment, but the relentless wind
