A bill signed into law Thursday by Governor Phil Murphy S-3521 will provide $7.5 million in federal aid to for-profit arts organizations, to be disbursed through the state s Economic Development Authority. Another $7.5 million will be available to not-for-profit groups, through the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
