Josefina J. Baret-Araujo, 36, of Amsterdam, was indicted on felony counts of first-degree assault, first-degree criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a firearm in a sensitive location. She is additionally charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
