Newtown Business Association to host Father’s Day Car Cruise June 20 Courtesy of Jon Tryon The Newtown Business Association will host the annual Antique & Classic Car Cruise event on June 20, a caravan of cars and trucks model years up through 1996 that will parade through Newtown Borough and Newtown Township. Proceeds benefit the Wrightstown Food Cupboard of Penns Park United Methodist Church. The event will allow people to watch the parade of “cool cars” from the comfort and safety of front lawns. In previous years, NBA held the Classic & Antique Car Show on State Street in Newtown Borough. The route will be publicized and available on the NBA website. The event will also be broadcast live on the NBA Facebook page. ....
