Deadly gunfire that erupted just about three hours ago. As the crowd of several hundred people marched from lamar and main street in Downtown Dallas. Dozens of rounds were unleashed. Tonight the Dallas Police chief says four officers are dead. Three more are in critical condition. 11 officers in all were hit. By snipers who were apparently positioned above the crowd. Perhaps in a parking garage structure. In the past 30 Minutes Police announced that one person is in custody after a shootout with police and a second man described as a person of interest has now turned himself in. A person of interest who witnesses at the scene say was involved in this shooting in some way.
