CBRE closes industrial portfolio sale leaseback featuring 15 properties May 13, 2021 CBRE has arranged an industrial portfolio sale leaseback on behalf of its client OmniMax International. The deal featured 15 properties across 10 markets in the United States and Canada that were acquired by U.S. Realty Advisors. The sales transactions closed on April 29, and OmniMax has signed long-term leases at each of the properties where they plan on maintaining “business as usual” operations. No sales prices or lease terms were disclosed. His enduring passion for both and the opportunity they provide to share an endlessly rich cultural heritage have been constants throughout his life as an award-winning broadcaster and tireless champion of jazz, blues and other genres. Dhanifu was 31 when he relocated to San Diego in 1977 and began a decade-long stint as KSDS’s operations manager and one of the station’s most knowledgeable and affable hosts.
