The Nevada County Republican Party has announced that Greg Conlon, Republican candidate for State Treasurer of California, will visit Grass Valley on Sunday. Conlon will attend the annual Nevada County Republican Party summer barbecue at Western Gateway Park in Penn Valley. The barbecue will begin at 4 p.m.
Also attending the barbecue will be Lydia Gutierrez, the Republican write-in candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Joining Conlon and Gutierrez and confirming their attendance are Congressman Doug LaMalfa, Sheriff Keith Royal and other local elected officials and candidates.
