Bonita Springs man arrested for pulling knife on woman, trying to kidnap her

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – A Bonita Springs man was arrested Thursday morning after beating a woman and forcing her to drive him in her car.
William Young, 36, is facing multiple charges including kidnapping and aggravated assault after hiding in a woman’s lanai early Thursday morning.
The woman told deputies that she got to her house around 1 a.m. Thursday after a night out when Young rushed out of her lanai and lunged at her, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
