out of washington five people are now dead after a gunman opened fire at a burlington mall. police are still searching for that suspect. police say this is the shooter and that he acted alone. they also say he is armed with a rifle. the shooting happened last night at the cascade mall in burlington, about an hour north of seattle. the five people shot were inside of a macy s store. people are hurt. in charlotte police say protesters were dispersing peacefully and without incident. this after keith scott s family released footage of the fatal police shooting that initially sparked the unrest. officials there were no reports of arrests, injuries or property damage. we ll take a closer look at that video coming up at 7-30. meanwhile in tulsa a funeral will be held this evening for a man who was killed by police last we. killed terence crutcher. she s been booked on charges of manslaughter.. and was released yesterday on a 50 thousand dollar bond. shelby shot crutcher in th
