You can see the cars were pretty banged up and a light pole was taken out. Were told one person was taken to the hospital. That led to violent protests. In tulsa an officer is facing man slaughter charges. But in wauwatosa one family says they still know almost nothing about why an officer shot and killed jay anderson exactly three months ago. They are calling for more details to be released immediately. Our Ben Handelman, live in madison park tonight. Good evening. This is where the shooting was t the officers name has still not been made public. We have not seen any video or pictures. The family is demanding that change. They arrive with balloons to mark a horrible day. Its three months since jay anderson was killed by a Wauwatosa Police officer in madison park. It was devastating. Just rally just devastating for me. Well deal with it and go day by day with it. Its been hard one day at a time. Investigators say an officer saw a suspicious vehicle in the park in june. Police say the officer spotted a gun in andersons possession, and the officer fired his own weapon killing the man. Three months later the officers name has not been released. 20 seconds of dash camera video has not been made public, even though the Milwaukee County Districts Attorneys Office has given tosa police the green light. We want this officers with a ticket, but its devastating to see that bring it back to my son. A Wauwatosa Police spokesperson says they will not release details in bits and pieces, and all of the information will be released at once, once the das investigation is over. At issue and unresolved by the video is whether when scott exited the vehicle, he was holding a gun or threatening officers. The video only offers a limited view of what happened. And no explanation of why. Scotts family and some witnesses have said, scott was not armed. But police say they found a gun at the show a gun lying on the ground. A source close to the investigation tells cnn, the gun recovered at the scene was loaded and had scotts fingerprints, blood, and dna on them. But it was not clear whether that evidence showed that scott was holding it at the time of the incident. Charlottes police chief has said he believes scott was holding a gun based on evidence and witness statements. But has said the Police Dash Cam video which he has refused to release is not clear enough to show it.
