Crocker Park kicks off the summer season with a block party Updated Apr 19, 2021; Posted Apr 19, 2021 Westlake s premier shopping center kicks off the summer season with its first ever block party on June 13. Facebook Share The event occurs on Sunday, June 13, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The Crocker Bark 5K & 1-Mile Walk will begin at 9:30 am at Market Square, taking the runners, walkers, and their four-legged leashed friends on a scenic course. A portion of the proceeds from the race the $30/person registration will support the City of Westlake’s police K9 Unit. All are welcome. “The concept for Crocker Bark & Crocker Park Block Party is to connect with our local community and invite families to enjoy the day together while learning valuable lessons on personal safety and wellness in an interactive way,” said Stacie Schmidt, VP of Marketing & Communications for Stark Enterprises, in a press release. ....

The event includes a morning to run with the dogs at the Crocker Bark 5K & 1-Mile Walk presented by Lucky Shoes and follows with a free party throughout the streets of Crocker Park.
