The accident occurred at the taylor and ofarl streets intersections around 2 00 yesterday. The driver of the tesla ran a red light and was going about 45 miles per hour. The tesla hit a mini cooper and the tesla driver lost control hitting two pedestrians in the intersection. The victim who was killed has been identified as 39yearold Benjamin Dean from the fresno area.
