Police say they were forced to declare the protest a Public Safety hazard after demonstrators started using pepper spray and throwing bottles. Despite the violence, no one was arrested, the event was organized by a group called team save america, as Elissa Harrington reports, the leader of that group ended up in hospital. This is one of the main shelters where people are also bringing a lot of donations. I want you to take a look at this line because it has been like this all day long. These are people who who are coming by to drop off water to drop off toiletries, you know, paper towels, anything thats needed, nonperishable food. And the red cross has set up the shelter here at the war memorial gym. This is where a lot of the people who lost everything in that devastating fire are coming here.
