Footage of the trapped workman on top of the One Station Hill office development as it becomes engulfed in flames shows juts how close he was to dying.
Station Hill previously suffered a blaze on July 7 this year, months before the £750million project was due to be completed, when a flames engulfed the twelfth and thirteenth floors of the building.
