A high-value individual, Jason Javelosa, 30, of neighboring Barangay Mansilingan, was arrested along with John Vergel Orquia, 22; and John Matthew Toleo, 25; both newly-identified drug personalities from Barangay Taculing. At around 1:05 a.m.,a poseur-buyer bought PHP1,000 worth of shabu from the suspects at an apartment rented by Javelosa. Capt.
