Reporter john lions of run 215 is helping to lead a group of volunteers who will become the eyes and ears of the 10mile trail this coming on the heels of two indecent exposure incidents on saturday morning. The work in pairs have identifying badges and tshirts. Observe, document and report. Theyre not police officers. Were not making anybody a police officer. Crew just a good citizen.
