infinitesimal part of the electorate. in many times people who are in naturalization proceedings make the mistake of assuming they are able to vote. it does not necessarily show because some people have tried to vote that their intent, it does not prove their it was their intent to defraud the system. sometimes they re under the impression they are eligible to vote when they are not eligible to vote. the same thing has happened to people who have served their debt to society through criminal penalties. some of them believe they re eligible to vote when they are not. i think it is important to look at the proportion of people who engage in this behavior compared to the number of people who vote and are voting lawfully. you will find the percentage is infinitesimal. we have to ask ourselves whether the burden to go after this tiny group of people is worse than the burden placed on legitimate, eligible voters. states are the people in charge of who is eligible to vote an ....
