another breaking story tonight, the deadly crash of a commercial spacecraft. witnesses say the craft exploded during a test flight over california s mojave desert. the local sheriff says one pilot was killed and a second pilot ejected but seriously injured. no one else was aboard. the wreckage just scattered across the desert. this was a suborbital passenger craft called space shape 2 developed by billionaire richard branson virgin galactic. hundreds of people put down deposits hoping to someday fly aboard the craft. virgin galactic said the spaceship experienced some sort of in-flight anomaly. the man charged with kidnapping hannah graham appeared in a fairfax county courtroom today in a different case. he was arraigned on charges of attempted murder, abduction and sexual assault from a case back in 2005. peggy fox was in the courtroom this morning. did matthew say anything? yes. we heard him say a few things today. when it appeared that the judge was about to appoint

murder-suicide double murder. troopers went door-to-door as others converged on holly park drive in tabernacle looking for answers. it was 9:00 a.m. when state police took the call that a woman and three kids believed to be her children were shot inside of the home. it s a tragedy, there is nothing to say, it s children that didn t deserve it. a boy and girl were pronounced dead at the scene and a woman and another boy showed signs of life and were flown to cooper university hospital. as you are aware, our troopers are trained to expect the unexpected but a crime scene like this is impossible to prepare for. they believe the shooting happened at any time from late last night to 9:00 this moning. nobody in the house heard the gun fire but did not explain how that was possible. the handgun was recovered at the scene and they believe it was used to shoot all four victims. the detectives and investigators and team now responsible for getting the answers are here and goi
